Your gift will encourage Anglicans to guard the truth
In June 2016, the General Synod of the Scottish Episcopal Church embarked on a process to change the canon on marriage. The canon currently says that marriage is a lifelong union between a man and a woman, but the plan is to remove that statement allowing for same-sex marriages.
For St. Thomas’ Church in Edinburgh and other Anglican congregations that oppose the change, this raises a critical question: What do we do now?
This is where GAFCON and you come in.
In these challenging times, St. Thomas’ Church and the Anglican Communion are grateful for the encouragement and fellowship that GAFCON provides. Even with an uncertain future, they find hope in the opportunity to focus on the Good News of Jesus Christ.
And it’s because of the support of like-minded Anglicans like you that GAFCON’s ministry is made possible.
So thank you for giving generously today to guard the unchanging, transformational Gospel of Jesus Christ and to proclaim Him to the world.
