On March 18, the consecration takes place of Canon Stuart Bell to be an assistant Bishop in the Anglican Network in Europe, which is authorised by the Gafcon Primates. Stuart's area of oversight is for the Anglican churches in Wales who have left the structures of the Church in Wales. Thank God for Stuart's consecration and pray that faithful Anglicans in Wales will flourish under his relational oversight.
