At GAFCON IV it was announced that Archbishop Laurent Mbanda (Rwanda) would take over as Chairman of the Gafcon Primates Council, and there would be two new vice-chairs, Archbishop Miguel Uchoa (Brazil) and Archbishop Kanishka Raffel (Sydney). Thank God for these men and pray for them as they take up these positions.
