Bishop Mwita Akiri of the Diocese of Tarime, Tanzania shares about the Bishops' Conference recently held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; the conference focused on orthodox theological education. Bishop Mwita shared that, "When we talk about orthodox theological education, what we mean is a kind of theological education which would preserve the Anglican faith as inherited by all of us from Anglican Reformation." The bishops discussed how to strengthen the Bible schools and colleges in the region where leaders and pastors can be trained. They also discussed how the curriculum and facilities could be improved to better train leaders in ministry and discipling.
