Information for delegates
We look forward to gathering Gafcon delegates from around the globe so that we can share our united joy in the Gospel through worship, teaching and pilgrimage.

Please be aware that invitations are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
You may be wondering why you received your invitation. You were recommended to the provincial Primate or the Chairman of the local Gafcon branch, as someone who would be interested in Gafcon’s mission (see below under Theme) or who could be assisted by the encouragement and support Gafcon offers. If you are not already a member of Gafcon, we recommend you go to www.gafcon.org and sign up to receive regular updates.

In keeping with Gafcon’s mission; to restore Anglican commitment to Biblical truth by a) uniting faithful Anglicans under Christ’s Lordship and b) revitalising authentic Gospel mission, the theme of the 2018 conference will be: ‘Proclaiming Christ Faithfully to the Nations’.
Delegates will be asked to arrive at their hotel accommodation before dinner on Sunday 17th June 2018. The conference will formally end with lunch on Friday 22nd but accommodation will be provided for that night as most flights depart on Saturday 23rd June.
Conference Venue and Accommodation
We have booked the main auditorium and several breakout rooms in Jerusalem’s International Conference Centre (ICC). Accommodation has been reserved at nearby hotels, details of which will be forwarded in due course.
For those sharing a twin or double room, the cost per person will be US$1,490. For those requiring a single room there will be a supplementary charge of $420. Costs include: accommodation, food, an afternoon excursion, travel to and from the ICC (if required) and a two-way airport shuttle. The cost of your flight to Israel and any visa costs are not included.
If you would like to take a tour before or after the conference, we will be happy to introduce you to reputable tour operators. Details will be made available locally.
Reply, Registrations and Deposit
Invitees are asked to reply by email to [email protected] by Thursday 31st August. Those who do not register by this date may have their place offered to others.
An initial deposit to secure your booking of US$50 will be required by 30th September; 50% will be required by 30th November and the balance will fall due on 31st March 2018.
Invitees will be asked to assent to Gafcon’s Jerusalem Statement and Declaration when they register. You can read these here.
