We understand that not all delegates will be able to afford the full cost of the conference fees and/or flights to Israel, and that some will therefore require financial support to make it possible to attend. The Gafcon Central office in the UK has been in touch with Provinces and Branches to assertain what level of support is likely, territory by territory. There are three types of bursary available (see below) but funds are limited and so it is essential that all delegates contribute as much as they can to enable the maximum number to attend.
Types of bursary
A. Half Fee Bursary = 50% reduction on conference fees but pay for own flight (i.e. Pay Gafcon $745).
B. Conference fee Bursary = Pay Gafcon $50 conference fee and pay for own flight (i.e. Pay Gafcon $1,440)
C. Registration fee Bursary = Only pay Gafcon registration fee @ $50 and Gafcon pays for delegate's flight as organised through Province or branch.
To watch a short video giving reasons why you might like to help a delegate attend, see here. But if you would like to make a donation into our Central Bursary Fund please go here. We expect 1,400 delegates will be self-funding but we expect as many as 600 may need some kind of assitance and we are very grateful for any assistance you might be able to provide.
